Quick answers
Do I need to be on HighLevel already?
For the 12-month packages, no. You can use our HighLevel account or your own, and if you use ours your setup can be exported to you. The Intensive is aimed mainly at people already using HighLevel, including agency owners.
Do the 12-month packages renew automatically?
No. Your agreement runs for 12 months from onboarding. Renewing is your choice, and your price is fixed: renewals never cost more than your first year unless you choose to upgrade.
Are WhatsApp message costs included?
No. Meta charges for WhatsApp messages and those costs are yours, separate to your package. We'll explain exactly how it works on the call.
Can I pay in instalments?
Ask on your call. Instalments are a payment plan for the full 12 months, not a monthly subscription.
