30 minutes on Google Meet. We look at how your leads come in, where they're getting lost, and whether WhatsApp is the fix. Straight answers: if we can't help, we'll tell you.
Proposal and sign-up
If we're a fit, you get a proposal. Sign it, pay at checkout and you'll get an instant WhatsApp to book your onboarding call. Bank transfer is available too.
Onboarding call
We set up your WhatsApp API with you on a video call. Be at a computer, with access to your Facebook / Meta account. It takes about an hour.
Planning call
We map out your customer journey together: every step from first enquiry to sale and beyond.
Your Flight Plan
On Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot Plus and Autopilot, your customer journey is written up for you, start to finish.
Build and grow
Group sessions open once onboarding is done. Private calls on Co-Pilot Plus and Autopilot start once your plan arrives. On Autopilot, we start building as soon as you approve the plan, aiming for 6 to 8 weeks.

We review what's working and what to do next: in your private calls on Co-Pilot Plus and Autopilot, or over WhatsApp on Co-Pilot.
